1. Introduction

Welcome to ZZ888 (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our"), accessible at zz888.cam. ZZ888 is an English-language online gaming information platform targeting Pakistani users. Where these Terms are updated (see Clause 15), your continued use of the Platform following publication of the revised Terms will constitute your acceptance of the updated version. ZZ888 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior individual notification to Users.

These Terms are in addition to — and do not replace — the terms and conditions of any third-party Operator through which you choose to place bets or play games. You are solely responsible for reading and complying with the terms of any such Operator.

4. Account Eligibility

To register for and maintain an account on the Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

1. You must be at least 18 years of age, or the minimum age required by the operator or licence jurisdiction applicable to your account — whichever is higher.
2. You must be accessing the Platform as an individual in your own name and on your own behalf, and not on behalf of any third party.
3. You must not be a Prohibited User as defined in Clause 2 of these Terms.
4. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
5. You must not have been previously excluded, self-excluded or banned from the Platform or any associated Operator platform.
6. You must provide truthful, accurate and current information during registration and keep your account details updated.
7. You must not hold more than one account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any balances may be forfeited.

5. Platform Use

ZZ888 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. This licence does not grant you any right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, sell, sublicense, modify or create derivative works of any Platform Content without our prior written consent.
• Use automated systems, bots, scrapers or similar tools to access, collect or index Platform Content.
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any access controls, security measures or geographic restrictions on the Platform.
• Use the Platform in any manner that could overload, damage or impair its performance or availability.
• Misrepresent your identity, affiliation or relationship with ZZ888 or any Operator.

ZZ888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe a User is in breach of these Terms or is otherwise using the Platform in an unlawful or harmful manner.

6. User Accounts

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must notify ZZ888 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

ZZ888 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure, or from any unauthorised use of your account that occurs prior to you notifying us. All activity carried out through your account will be attributed to you unless and until you have provided us with proper notification of a suspected compromise.

ZZ888 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any time, including before processing any withdrawal. Required KYC documents typically include a copy of your Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) and proof of your payment method. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation may result in transaction delays or account restrictions.

7. Payments & Transactions

All financial transactions on the Platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless expressly stated otherwise. The Platform references familiar Pakistan payment methods — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — for informational purposes only. These payment providers are independent entities and do not endorse, support or facilitate gambling on this Platform. Users must verify payment method availability directly in the live cashier of the relevant Operator.

The following conditions apply to all payment transactions:

• All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of funds, reporting to relevant authorities, and/or civil or criminal legal action:

• Using the Platform if you are under 18 years of age or otherwise a Prohibited User.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at registration or during any KYC process.
• Colluding with other Users or engaging in match-fixing, arbitrage abuse or any form of coordinated dishonest play.
• Money laundering or any activity that facilitates or conceals the proceeds of crime through the Platform.
• Hacking, reverse engineering or attempting to exploit vulnerabilities in the Platform's technical infrastructure.
• Placing bets or making transactions on behalf of third parties.
• Using the Platform for commercial purposes, including operating an agency, affiliate service or re-selling of Platform access.
• Posting, transmitting or distributing unlawful, harassing, defamatory or offensive content through any Platform channel.

10. Intellectual Property

All Content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, data compilations, software, page layouts and design elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of ZZ888 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

Users may access Platform Content for personal, non-commercial reference purposes only. Reproduction, republication, distribution, modification or commercial exploitation of any Platform Content without the prior written consent of ZZ888 is strictly prohibited.

Any trademarks, service marks or trade names displayed on the Platform that belong to third parties (including Easypaisa, JazzCash, PSL, ICC, HBL and others) remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on the Platform does not imply endorsement, affiliation or partnership with ZZ888 unless explicitly stated.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ZZ888 and its officers, directors, employees, agents and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Platform or any linked Operator platform.
• Gambling losses, financial losses or any loss of profit resulting from wagering activity conducted through the Platform or an Operator.
• Reliance on any information, odds, bonus descriptions or payment guidance published on the Platform.
• Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your account data.
• Technical failures, service interruptions, data loss or security breaches affecting the Platform.
• Any action taken by a third-party Operator, payment provider or financial institution in connection with your use of the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ZZ888 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability or suitability of any Content for any particular purpose.

12. Responsible Gambling

13. Termination

• Provision of false or misleading information at registration or during KYC.
• Conduct that ZZ888 reasonably considers to be harmful to the Platform, other Users or third parties.
• Failure to satisfy age verification or identity verification requirements.

You may close your account at any time by contacting ZZ888 at [email protected]. Upon closure, your obligation to comply with these Terms in respect of all activity that occurred prior to closure shall survive termination.

ZZ888 may also cease operating the Platform entirely, with or without notice to Users. In such an event, ZZ888's liability to Users shall be limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ZZ888 is registered and licensed to operate (the applicable operator/licence jurisdiction). For the avoidance of doubt, ZZ888 does not represent that these Terms are governed by or enforceable under Pakistani law, and does not claim any authorisation from or registration with any Pakistani authority.

Users in Pakistan access the Platform on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws, including the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 and any other applicable legislation. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice to Users in Pakistan or any other jurisdiction.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable operator/licence jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory law in your country of residence.

15. Amendments

ZZ888 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised accordingly. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

If you continue to use the Platform after any revised Terms have been published, you will be deemed to have accepted the amended Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

ZZ888 may, at its discretion, provide additional notice of material changes via an on-screen notification on the Platform, but such notice is not guaranteed and does not alter your obligation to review these Terms regularly.
